For WordPress sites using Contact Form 7
Find out when your contact form stops sending you enquiries.
A contact form can break quietly: a plugin update, a changed field or a mail setting, and enquiries stop arriving. FlatLineForm fills in and sends your form once a day in a real browser, follows the email it triggers, and tells you clearly what worked and what did not.
Free during our launch period. No payment card. Test messages are only sent after you approve them.
What a check looks at
Step 1
The page opens
Our browser loads the page where your form is.
Step 2
The form can be used
It finds your form and fills in clearly labelled test details.
Step 3
The form accepts the test
It sends the form and reads the form's own response, like a visitor would see it.
Step 4
WordPress reports the email
The plugin notes whether WordPress said the email was sent. That alone does not prove delivery.
Step 5
A test copy arrives
A hidden copy of the email is sent to our test address, so we can see it actually left your site.
Step 6
Your inbox (by you)
We never read your inbox. You can confirm that you got a test message, and we show it as confirmed by you.
Each step is shown separately, so a thank-you message on the page is never presented as proof that the email arrived.

Honest about the limits
Monitoring lowers the risk of a broken form going unnoticed. It cannot catch every possible fault, and it does not guarantee that no enquiry is ever lost. Forms with CAPTCHA, file uploads or several steps cannot be fully tested yet, and we say so in the results instead of pretending.
